Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms cover use of Flowstate, a booking service for businesses. By using Flowstate you agree to them.
The service
Flowstate gives a business a booking page that shows open times from its calendar and adds bookings to it. Fees, if any, are set in a separate written agreement with the business.
Businesses
- You are responsible for your account, your settings and the calendar you connect.
- You are responsible for the appointments booked with you and for how you use guests' information.
- Do not use Flowstate for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect.
Guests
When you book, your booking is with the business, not with Flowstate. Enter accurate details. Contact the business to change or cancel.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Availability
We work to keep Flowstate running and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Calendar providers and other services we rely on can fail, so confirm important appointments directly.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Flowstate is not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using Flowstate at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Kentucky law governs these terms.
